"Unique" Terrains

"Unique" terrains are most effective if you only have one of them in a city. The second unique terrain provides only 1/2 the output, the third only 1/3 the output, and so on.

If you had a park that gives 10 hangout, then your city would produce:

one park = 10 hangout
two parks = 15 hangout
three parks = 18.333 hangout
four parks = 20.8333 hangout
