City Centres

The position of the city centre determines the claim cost of all the city's lands. If you find that your city has become lopsided during its growth, moving the centre back towards the middle can greatly reduce the amount of work your city takes to run.

Each city can have only one city centre. If a new city centre is built, the old one will be abandoned.

Floating city centres, like other boats, can be moved easily. Unlike other boats, they can't be used to claim land from other cities.
